Job Description

*Responsible for reaching designated group sales revenue goals each flavour and actively participate in setting these goals each season;
*Develop strategies for specific target group market that could include the corporate community, out-of-town visitors, retirement communities, convention groups, school/university groups, professional associations, social clubs, religious groups, and other local groups;
*Work with various departments to attend to specific group requests, if whatsoever (i. e., backstage tours, dinner packages, guest speakers). Use such coincident activities to offering creative packages to attain target markets and create a value-added feel;
*Coordinate all direct mail marketing campaigns, serving as the principal contact with the mail house;
*Back up content gathering, editing, advertising, and production of program books;
*Act as chief contact with the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance List Cooperative, and facilitate list exchanges
*Coordinate advertising in the program books and plasma screen Annenberg Center's lobby;
*Assist in the Annenberg Center's social media efforts;
*Use Tessitura to maintain group sale contacts, create mailing/emailing lists, telephone call lists;
*Prepare marketing materials for performances and promotional marketing initiatives;
*Some evening and weekend work required; and
*Other duties equally assigned.
